But to do so, it would require her to “take risks,” as her son joyfully proclaimed before they took off on their adventures way back then. 

Since then, and throughout her career, Ezgur has been doing just that, taking risks to create breakthrough products versus just making incremental improvements, such as flavor, shape, etc. With this mindset, her company, Leadhead, began with a pencil (no ordinary one, of course!) and went on to support product development and brand differentiation for companies both big and small, as well as bringing over 70 products from concept to market.
